Process Flow Purchase Product


To Place order for any product in www.indiancraftsman.com. Users need to select the Products he wants to purchase through the website from various pages. He/She has to add desired product to cart.

After adding the product to cart, Customer needs to proceed to checkout to complete ordering procedure

If user is already registered with www.indiancraftsman.com

The users will be sent to the checkout procedure. Where he/she can complete the remaining procedure.

If user has not registered with Indiancraftsman.com

The users will be sent to the registration or login segment to complete registration. After registration is completed he/she will be sent to the checkout procedure, where he/she can complete the remaining procedure.

At checkout pages the user has to provide information details like name, email address, mobile number & residential address. They will also be asked for the cart confirmation before going for the final payment step. After the later procedure, the user is sent to select the payment method.

After submitting and confirming the shipping details, the user will be sent to the payment step where he/she has to select payment getaway method

Once the payment method is selected, user reaches to the order completion page displaying his/her Order ID & transaction ID for the payment along with the order details.

User is also notified about the order details & payment receipts via email notifications.
